Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) WHO2011 diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes [25] : typical diabetes symptoms of polydipsia, polyuria, polyphagia and weight loss, plus 1) random blood glucose >=11.1mmol/L, or 2) fasting blood glucose FPG>=7.0mmol/L, or 3)OGTT 2hPG >= 11.1 mmol/L or 4) HbA1c>=6.5%. (2) age >=60 years old; (3) voluntarily participated in this survey and could understand and cooperate with the questionnaire survey
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with mental disorders; (2) patients with cognitive or consciousness disorders; (3) patients with Wagner grade 1 or above in diabetic foot; (4) severe heart, liver and kidney failure; (5) severe deafness and aphasia, intellectual disability, memory impairment and other inability to communicate.
