Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria of both Western and Chinese medicine for migraine; (2) Pain score of migraine patients >=14 points; (3) Patients aged 18-65 years old who do not suffer from serious disorders of heart, liver and kidney function; (4) The patient has normal cognitive ability, that is, the simple cognitive status assessment scale score >=27 points, which can clearly describe the condition, evaluate the pain degree and quality of life; (5) Patients whose brain MRI examination did not find any lesions related to headache; (6) Voluntarily accept relevant laboratory examinations, acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with ischemic heart disease (angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, or documented asymptomatic ischemia) or with signs and symptoms of ischemic heart disease or coronary spasm; (2) Patients with hypertension whose blood pressure is not easily controlled; (3) hemiplegia or basilar migraine patients; (4) Used ergot and monoamine oxidase inhibitors in the past 2 weeks.
