Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Meets the diagnostic criteria of TCM and Western medicine for actue cerebral infarction 2: Age >= 18 years old 3: Admission within 14 days of onset 4: CT or MRI shows infarction area = 2/3 of the middle cerebral artery supply area, with or without infarction of the anterior/posterior cerebral artery supply area

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with extensive cerebral infarction caused by factors such as tumors, trauma, or subarachnoid hemorrhage complicated by vascular spasm
