Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Aged 18 to 70, regardless of gender; b) Meeting the low-risk diagnostic criteria of AUDIT, with a score between 0-7; c) Agreeing to consume the product under investigation during the study; d) Understanding and voluntarily participating in this trial, signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those planning to become pregnant in the near future; b) Individuals with severe or unstable physical illnesses, including heart, liver, kidney, endocrine, digestive, or hematological disorders; c) History of drug or alcohol abuse in the past year.
