Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of stroke was in line with the diagnostic points of various cerebrovascular diseases and the diagnostic criteria of stroke formulated by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 2019 and the "Diagnostic Criteria for the Efficacy of diseases and Syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine". The diagnosis of PSCI met the criteria of "Expert Consensus on the Management of Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment 2021". Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who met the above diagnostic criteria and had first stroke; ? Stable vital signs, disease duration within 6 months; ? Age of 18-80 years old; ? Patients were conscious, MMSE=24 and or MoCA < 26; ? willing to receive treatment and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Cognitive impairment caused by other causes besides stroke, such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, brain trauma, etc.; ? patients with severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction and severe bleeding tendency; ? patients with consciousness disorder, mental disorder and severe depression; ? There are obstacles such as strict attention, listening and speaking; ? there are contraindications to scalp acupuncture (such as skull defect).
