Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of diabetes is primarily based on the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes. A patient is considered diabetic if they exhibit any one of the following three criteria, in addition to typical symptoms of diabetes (such as the "three polys and one less" - polyuria, polydipsia, polyphagia, and weight loss): 1. Random blood glucose > 11.1 mmol/L; 2. Fasting blood glucose > 7.0 mmol/L; 3. OGTT 2-hour blood glucose (oral glucose tolerance test) > 11.1 mmol/L. If the patient does not exhibit obvious symptoms of diabetes, the test should be repeated on another day to confirm the diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor overall basic function who cannot undergo surgery; 2. Patients with infected wounds caused by other diseases; 3. Patients who have previously participated in clinical trials related to infected wounds.
