Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Gestational age < 32 weeks and birth weight < 1500g, 2. Start enteral feeding within 24 hours of birth, 3. Informed consent of family members;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Congenital gastrointestinal malformations, such as Hirschsprung's disease, congenital intestinal atresia, primary intestinal perforation, etc; 2.Inherited metabolic diseases were diagnosed.
