Age
18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? patients need to extract bilateral mandibular wisdom teeth for treatment, and voluntarily refer to this study, no history of pericoronitis within one month; ? preoperative imaging data shows that bilateral blocked teeth are buried and blocked, and need to be flap or flap-plus-debridement and the degree of bilateral blockage is similar; ? there are no contraindications to extraction, contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks prior to the start of this trial; ? Patients who are receiving or have received drugs that may affect or promote bone metabolism in the last 3 months; ? Cardiac disease (i.e., class II and class II or higher cardiac disease); ? Abnormalities of hepatic and renal function; ? Diabetic patients with poorly controlled diabetes mellitus (fasting glucose is still = 8.8 mmol/L after drug control); ? Mental anomalies with no behavioral autonomy; (7) Allergic patients; (8) Pregnant or lactating women.
