Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: 1. Stroke diagnostic criteria in accordance with the diagnostic criteria in the Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015 and confirmed by imaging examination as cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction; 2. Age 18-80 years; 3. Duration of the disease of 1-12 months; 4. No history of psychotropic medication and other non-pharmacological treatments; 5. Able to cooperate in completing the tests and signing the informed consent form. 2: 1. Diagnostic criteria in accordance with the diagnostic criteria in the Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015, and the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction was confirmed by imaging; 2. Diagnostic criteria for post-stroke depression in accordance with the Neuropsychological and Affective Disorders Specialized Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctors' Association, as revised in 2016; 3. Age of 18-80 years old; 4. Course of the disease of 1-12 months; 5. Hamilton depression scores of 8-24 points for Mildly or moderately depressed patients; 6, Normal cognition and comprehension, able to complete the specified actions normally according to the instructions; 7, Seated balance level 1 or above; 8, No previous history of taking depressant and antidepressant drugs; 9, Informed and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: 1. Combined with post-stroke consciousness and cognitive dysfunction and unable to cooperate with the completion of the treatment; 2. Serious speech disorder; 3. Cranial defects and allograft cranial patching; 4. The lesion site is in the cortex. 2: 1. Those who are averse to traditional gong methods and cannot accept them; 2. Those who have serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and serious insufficiency of liver and renal functions; 3. Those who have serious speech disorders; 4. Those who have cranial defects and allograft cranial patching; 5. Those whose lesions are in the cortex.
