Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy or pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy at our institution from January 2014 to December 2023 2.Patients who presented with SDPPH defined by ISGPS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Self-limited hemorrhage 2.Patients who underwent index surgery for pancreatitis 3. Incomplete clinical data
