Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of hematological neoplasms (acute and chronic leukemia, malignant lymphoma, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome); 3. Eligibility for HSCT (patients who doctors have informed that they may consider undergoing HSCT); 4. Possess basic reading and comprehension skills; 5. Have a smartphone and can operate it proficiently; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study under the principle of informed consent and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have been taking anxiolytic or depressant medication within the past 3 months or during the study; 2.Pre-existing or current psychiatric disorders (diagnosable mental health conditions, which include disorders such as bipolar affective disorder, major depressive disorder, and schizophrenia).
