Intervention group :To determine the initial velocity of enteral nutrition, it was performed by the physician
during the enteral nutrition, the ultrasound method was used to monitor and evaluate the gastric remnant every 6 hours to adjust the feeding regimen, which was performed by the nurse.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >=18 years; nutritional risk screening score>= 3; enteral nutrition within 48 h; indwelling gastric tube patients; patient or family consent and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Enteral nutrition has contraindications such as severe intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding, digestive tract tumor, intestinal ischemia, intestinal perforation; patients with large gastrectomy; hospitalization 40 kg / cm^2; parenteral nutrition.
