Colloid group:Hydroxyethyl starch 300ml was infused 30 minutes before anesthesia, and then 50ml was continuously pumped at 0.05ug / kg / min until the fetus was taken out.
NE group:Norepinephrine was continuously pumped at 0.05 ug / kg / min 30 min before anesthesia until the fetus was delivered.

Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusing to sign the informed consent ; 2. History of ocular trauma, history of surgery or other ocular diseases ; 3. Coagulation disorders ; 4. Complete placenta previa ; 5.Patients with serious diseases of heart, brain, lung or other systems ; 6.Brain lesions that can cause changes in intracranial pressure or those who are unable to cooperate ; 7.After spinal anesthesia, the sensory plane of acupuncture did not reach T10 or higher than T4 ; 8.In the process of ultrasonic measurement, the display of 0NSD is not clear ; 9.Change general anesthesia or use general anesthesia sedative analgesics during operation ; 10. The operation time was more than 3 hours.
