Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I~III 2.age>=18 years, no limitation to gender 3.Patients undergoing thoracic surgery under general anesthesia with one-lung ventilation on the right side were enrolled and intubated using the left DLTs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient refused; 2.Existing contraindications to GA or SGB such as coagulopathy and local and systemic infection. Coagulopathy was defined as a prothrombin time or activated partial prothrombin time that exceeded standard values or an international normalized ratio (INR) >= 1.4, or a platelet count 442 µmol/L or requiring renal replacement therapy) (Child-Pugh class C) 11.Poor glycemic control or diabetes mellitus 12.Sick sinus syndrome (SSS), severe bradycardia (HR < 50/min) or Atrioventricular block (AVB) grade II or higher 13.Severe cognitive impairment or language impairment
