Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 18 to 65 years old , gender not specified; 2. Patients are willing and able to provide signed informed consent before any study-related procedures. 3. Elective surgery patients who are scheduled to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined respiratory diseases (such as asthma, COPD); 2. Combined intestinal obstruction; 3. ECG indicating prolonged QTc interval; 4. History of analgesic drug abuse; 5. Cognitive impairment; 6. Patients unable to communicate; 7. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 8. Undergoing additional surgical procedures concurrent with or within 24 hours of cholecystectomy.
