Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 50-80 years; 2.The patient meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes; 3.During the patient's hospitalization, DR has been confirmed and should meet the staging and TCM syndrome diagnosis criteria of T2DR, and the medical records must be complete. 4.Willing to accept the research plan and agree to undergo relevant examinations; 5.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute complications such as diabetic ketosis, diabetic hyperosmolar coma, etc.; 2. Patients with gestational diabetes, type 1 diabetes and other special types of diabetes; 3. Those who have recently had various stress states such as trauma and surgery; 4. Patients with acute and chronic infections, such as respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, etc.; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency or hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 6. Patients with severe hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or peripheral diseases, such as cardiac insufficiency, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.; 7. Combined with other endocrine and metabolic diseases, such as thyroid, pituitary and other diseases; 8. Severe macular degeneration, cataract, fundus arteriosclerosis, hemorrhage, uveitis and other ocular diseases; 9. Patients who have been taking glucocorticoids for a long time or have recently used high-dose corticosteroids; 10. Patients with various tumors; 11. Non-physiological menopause; 12. History of long-term use of drugs that affect bone metabolism; 13. History of primary or secondary bone disease; 14. History of osteoporosis (OP) medication (estrogen, bisphosphonate, active vitamin D, etc.).
