Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? All participants meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic ankle instability established by the International Ankle and Foot Association. ? None of the participants have received rehabilitation treatment for chronic ankle instability in the past three months. ? They are able to independently complete the survey questionnaire and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? A history of previous surgery on either lower limb (such as bones, joint structures, and nerves). ? A history of fracture on either lower limb requiring reduction. ? Acute injury to the musculoskeletal structures of other joints in the lower limb within the past 3 months, affecting joint integrity and function (such as sprains, fractures), resulting in at least one day of interruption of physical activity. ? Participants who are currently enrolled in other clinical trials related to this study. ? Visual or vestibular dysfunction. ? Suffering from diseases that affect whole-body movement or inability to tolerate training.
