Interventions

LLTH group:High-intensity interval training was performed once a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Two simulated altitude 2200 m (FiO2 ˜ 15.9%) hypoxic training sessions and one simulated alt
three simulated altitude 2900 m (FiO2 ˜ 14.6%) hypoxic training sessions were performed from week 2 to week 4.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Men's Wushu Sanshou athlete, national level athlete or higher. (2) Subjects have not experienced any type of hypoxic exposure for at least the past year. (3) The subject is in good health, with no diseases affecting the cardiovascular system or serious sports injuries. (4) The subject has a regular work routine and does not have any bad habits such as drinking or staying up late. (5) The subject has not used drugs or supplements that affect physical performance in the past six months. (6) Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The subject has any chronic disease that affects the outcome of the experiment, such as diabetes mellitus and hypertension. (2) The subject has a history of major surgery or serious sports injury within the last six months. (3) Subjects with poor compliance, inability to ensure participation in all tests and training as required during the experiment, and incomplete data collection. (4) Subjects with a history of hypoxic exposure (e.g., plateau training) for more than one year. (5) Subjects who are unable to complete the entire experiment and whose data are incomplete.
