Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) Age =60 years; (ii) siblings with confirmed dementia (including primary and secondary dementia); (iii) with =2 risk factors for dementia in old age (low physical activity, social isolation, smoking, depression, diabetes mellitus, air pollution) or subjective cognitive decline (SCD); (iv) family-based (iv) family-based living pattern with =3 family members including the person at risk of dementia; (v) the person at risk of dementia living with family members for a long period of time (more than 3 months was defined as long term); and (vi) =3 members of the family volunteered to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (i) dementia or significant cognitive impairment (MMSE<24); (ii) dementia high-risk individuals or =3 family members suffering from communication difficulties such as psychiatric disorders, deafblindness, etc.; and (iii) dementia high-risk individuals or =3 family members suffering from any disease (e.g., malignant neoplasm, symptomatic cardiovascular disease, stroke, etc.) that affects safe participation in the intervention.
