Control group (perform enlarged mandibular resection due to tongue cancer and buccal cancer
perform orthognathic surgery to remove bone due to malocclusion):None

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All the following standards must be met before they can be included in the test: ? Patients diagnosed with bisphosphonate osteonecrosis of jaw in our hospital; ? Patients diagnosed with tongue cancer and buccal cancer in our hospital who need to undergo extended mandibular resection; ? Patients who need orthognathic surgery in our hospital; ? Participate in this clinical trial voluntarily, abide by the requirements of this clinical trial and sign the informed consent form.
