Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-45 years old; 2) Myopia of 6.00D-10.00D combined with astigmatism within 0.75D-2.00D; 3) Corneal astigmatism axial difference of less than 10° from the apparent photometric axial difference and greater than the apparent photometric astigmatism, with the difference within 0.50; 3) the number of corneal endothelium in the central zone >=2000/mm², with regular cell morphology; 4) Depth of anterior chamber >=2.80mm, anterior chamber angle open; 5) Strong desire for lens removal, understanding and ability to tolerate the surgery, and reasonable expectations for the surgical outcome.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of corneal refractive surgery; 2) History of ocular surface and intraocular surgery; 3) Organic ocular pathologies such as corneal endothelial lesions, fundus lesions, glaucoma, cataracts, etc.; 4) Systemic pathologies that affect surgical recovery; 4) Irregular astigmatism.
