Strabismus in children

Interventions

Control group:Propofol was injected intravenously 60 seconds after the same volume of normal saline was injected intravenously.
Observation Group E:Esketamine injection was intravenously injected, and 60 seconds later, propofol was intravenously injected.
Observation Group L:Lidocaine hydrochloride injection was injected intravenously, and 60 seconds later, propofol was injected intravenously.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children undergoing general anesthesia surgery: aged 3-15 years; ASA grade ? or ?; no mental disorders, functional diseases of solid organs, etc.; no increased intracranial pressure, intraocular pressure or eyeball opening injury; no history of allergy to anesthesia and related drugs; not the first time to undergo strabismus correction surgery; informed consent, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with contraindications to general anesthesia; those who are unconscious or have mental disorders; those with severe organ diseases; those who are allergic to anesthetic drugs; those who refuse to sign the informed consent form, etc.
