Interventions

A:Nalbuphine intravenous 0.1mg/kg before induction of anesthesia and sugammadex 2mg/kg after surgery
B:Nalbuphine intravenous 0.1mg/kg before induction of anesthesia and neostigmine 50ug/kg + atropine 0.02mg/kg after surgery
C:Before induction of anesthesia, trantranasal dexmedetomidine 1 ug /kg after surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grades I-II, 3-9 years old, with tonsil adenoidectomy under elective general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to drugs such as nalbuphine, dexmedetomidine used in this study; allergic to any sedation, analgesia, antiemetic and antiitching drugs taken 24 h before surgery; respiratory inhibitory disease or asthma, accompanied by respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological diseases, moderate to severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; and received any other test drugs within 3 months.
