Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients could tolerate surgery, 2. No neoadjuvant therapy, such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy, was performed before operation. 3. The pathological diagnosis was clear cell renal cell carcinoma. 4. We could obtain the patient's or his guardian's authorized consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete clinical and pathological data, 2. Combined with other primary malignancies, 3. The quality of tumor tissue samples was poor.
