Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients in the case group met the diagnostic criteria for CHB in the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B (2015 Updated edition) formulated by the Chinese Society of Hepatology and the Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases; 2) All subjects in the control group were excluded from hepatitis B infection by clinical examination; 3) All patients received treatment in the same hospital, with complete clinical data and age > 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with malignant tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents, endocrine system diseases, autoimmune diseases, blood system diseases, other acute and chronic systemic infections except hepatitis B infection; 2) Patients with severe trauma, surgery, or transfusion and transfusion of blood components within 1 month before enrollment; 3) Except for patients with liver fibrosis caused by HBV infection; 4) Pregnant or lactating patients.
