Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Signed the informed consent form. Commit to follow the research procedures and cooperate with the whole process of the study. The diagnosis was confirmed by biopsy and underwent minimally invasive Duhamel surgery. Other than megacolon, there were no other diseases that affected the evaluation of efficacy. Able to adhere to and cooperate with research follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Did not agree with the study procedure and could not cooperate with follow-up. Unable to tolerate general anesthesia, blood clotting disorder, serious abdominal adhesion and intestinal obstruction in the past operation history et al. Patients with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system. For their own reasons, children can not be online or our hospital outpatient for long-term follow-up visit .
