Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for perianal surgery; ASA classification I-III; Age range 18-65 years; Patients choosing general anesthesia; Patients who consent to sacrococcygeal multifidus plane block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients and family members who refuse to participate in the study; Individuals allergic to anesthetics or ropivacaine hydrochloride injection; Patients with injection site infections; Individuals with coagulation disorders; Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases or liver and kidney dysfunction; Those with a history of alcohol or substance abuse, mental disorders who cannot cooperate, or communication barriers.
