Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 60 years (including 18 and 60 years) 2. Anterior teeth are missing with horizontal bone defects (alveolar ridge grades II, III, and IV, with a width of at least 4 mm, according to classification by Tolstunov et al.). 3. Good oral hygiene control. 4. Follow your doctor's advice and make regular visits. 5. Have healthy adjacent teeth and periodontal tissue
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The general condition cannot accept implant or bone graft surgery 2. Heavy smokers (smoking =10 cigarettes per day) 3. Active periodontal disease of adjacent teeth 4. Contraindications to general implantation 5. Extremely severe bone defects
