Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: This study collected children with tonsillectomy under elective general anesthesia from October 1, 2023 to October 1, 2024 in Kunming Children's Hospital, with ASA grade I-II. The subjects voluntarily joined this study, cooperated with relevant questionnaires and follow-up, signed the informed consent form, and had good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: History of benzodiazepine allergy, contraindication to the use of conventional anesthetic drugs or sevoflurane, mental retardation, psychiatric illness, use of psychotropic drugs, history of cardiac and/or brain surgical conditions, refusal to participate, these children were excluded from the study.
