Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 50 patients without liver-related diseases in the diagnosis and treatment process of our hospital were selected as the normal group, 50 patients diagnosed with hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in the diagnosis and treatment process of our hospital were selected as the HBV group, and 50 patients with cirrhosis with a history of HBV infection in the diagnosis and treatment process of our hospital were selected as the LC group. Another 50 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with a history of HBV infection in our hospital were selected as the HCC group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Both HCC patients and LC patients were confirmed by pathology or imaging examination, and the diagnostic criteria of HCC patients were in line with the "Norms for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer". HBV patients meet the criteria of "China Chronic Hepatitis B Prevention and Treatment Guidelines" and meet the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B. Also excluded: 1.patients taking vitamin K or warfarin 2 drugs, because these 2 drugs can affect the determination of serum PIVKA-? content; 2.Patients with other liver diseases (such as autoimmune, alcohol, drug, etc.); 3. Hepatorenal syndrome; 4.Serious lesions or dysfunction in other vital organs; 5. Patients with diabetes or other neoplastic diseases; 6. People with neuropsychiatric diseases and long-term drug treatment.
