Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged over 18 years, pathological findings confirmed pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms; 2. Wit high quality preoperative CT images; 3. Sufficient blood and tissue samples can be obtained for genomic and pathological analysis; 4.The patient's family members and legal representatives signed the consent to voluntarily join the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other tumors, such as ductal adenocarcinoma, which were confirmed by intraoperative freezing and postoperative pathology as non-neuroendocrine tumors; 2. The samples required for sequencing cannot be obtained; 3. Combined with malignant tumors of other systems or a history of previous malignant tumors; 4.There are other diseases that affect the survival of patients in the short term.
