18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosed of primary or secondary glaucoma (2) require trabeculectomy as necessary treatment (3) age > 18years (4) willing to follow-up after the surgery and examine AS-OCT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients during pregnancy or with past intraocular surgery, severe hepatic, renal or cardiac insufficiency were excluded from this study.
