Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A retrospective collection of demographic, clinical, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data was conducted for hospitalized patients presenting with acute ischemic stroke, characterized by initial and focal manifestations, across eight centers. This dataset includes routine MRI performed within one week of stroke onset, symptom scores, treatment plans, selected laboratory tests, and 90-day prognosis scores. 2. Continuously and retrospectively collect demographic, clinical, and preoperative MRI data from patients diagnosed with brain parenchymal tumors (including neuroepithelial tumors, lymphomas, metastases, germ cell tumors, etc.) through clinical or pathological diagnosis across nine centers. This data collection should encompass routine preoperative MRI scans, pathological results, Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) scores, and prognostic outcomes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Extensive lesions resulting in the deformation of fundamental brain structures; 2. Absence of an established gold standard for clinical or pathological diagnosis; 3. Insufficient or low-quality data.
