Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.The diagnostic criteria for wAMD refer to the American Academy of Ophthalmology Clinical Guidelines for Age Related Macular Degeneration (2019 Edition); 3. All affected eyes were treated with intravitreal injection of anti VEGF drugs once a month for three consecutive months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The degree of lens opacity affects fundus examination; 2.Merge severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, and accelerate the deterioration of various chronic diseases; 3.Those who have undergone fundus laser or intraocular surgery treatment before; 4.Patients with angle closure glaucoma should not undergo dilated pupil examination.
