PENG block combined with spinal anesthesia group (group A):Patients in group A received PENG block before spinal anesthesia.
Intraspinal anesthesia group (group C):Patients in group C were only given spinal anesthesia without other intervention.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Asa I ~ IV, hip surgery, preoperative assessment of the Frail Scale as a weak patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: There are anatomical abnormalities, nerve sensory abnormalities of lower limbs, puncture site infection, severe coagulation dysfunction, allergic history of local anesthetics, refusal of nerve block, chronic use of opioids and mental disorders.
