Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed, untreated, common types of primary digestive system malignancies (liver cancer, colorectal cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer), and there were no second malignant tumors at the same time and no history of previous malignancies. Establish databases according to disease types. 2. Solid pulmonary nodules were detected by baseline chest CT, and the maximum nodule was = 10mm; 3.The baseline chest CT scan had thin layer (= 2mm) sequence, and the CT image of the primary tumor had venous phase sequence; 4.Pulmonary nodules have complete follow-up CT examination in the center: the initial follow-up CT is within 3 months after the baseline CT, the total number of CT follow-up = 2, and the total CT follow-up time = 2 years; 5. Received anti-tumor treatment in our center, and the treatment and follow-up data are complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have undergone imaging examination for the first time but have received anti-tumor treatment, or have secondary malignant tumors at the same time, or have a history of previous malignant tumors; 2.Any pulmonary nodule detected by baseline chest CT was more than 10mm, or only sub solid nodule and ground glass nodule; 3.There was no thin-layer sequence on baseline chest CT, and there was no venous phase sequence on the image of primary tumor; 4.There was no follow-up CT examination in the center, or the follow-up time was less than 2 years, or the initial follow-up CT interval was more than 3 months, or there was only one CT follow-up;5.Pulmonary nodules with obvious calcification; 6.Patients with previous history of pulmonary tuberculosis and pneumoconiosis; 7.Pulmonary nodules that can not be accurately diagnosed according to multiple CT follow-up.
