Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age 5 to 14 years old; (2)Those diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia confirmed by bone marrow morphology; (3)Adopting the CCCG-ALL-2020 chemotherapy regimen; (4)Those who cooperate with the trial, are conscious and can communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Abnormal peripheral blood picture (hemoglobin <60 g/L; platelet count <20 × 10^9/L or presence of active bleeding; neutrophil count <0.5 × 10^9/L); (2) Presence of malignant disease; (3) Children with impaired joint mobility due to osteonecrosis/arthritis/synovitis/neurotoxicity. (4) Those who are critically ill and unable to complete the survey;
