Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with mediastinal tumor and underwent surgical treatment; 2. The postoperative pathology report shows that the tumor breaks through the capsule and invades the lung, hilar structure, heart, aorta, superior vena cava, innominate vein, pericardium, mediastinal pleura, chest wall, diaphragm and other structures or organs; 3. Palliative surgery or exploratory surgical cases, and the surgical record has invaded the lung, hilar structure, heart, aorta, superior vena cava, innominate vein, pericardium, mediastinal pleura, chest wall, diaphragm and other structures or organs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with incomplete medical records or missing postoperative pathology reports.
