Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Parents (father or mother) of children aged 6 to 35 months. 2. Children who have not scheduled or received an influenza vaccination in the Zhejiang Provincial 3. Smart Service Information System for Immunization Planning from August 2023 until their official enrollment. Informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The child has conditions that do not meet China's influenza vaccination criteria, including but not limited to a history of allergies, severe illnesses, etc. 2. The parents have severe communication barriers, are unable to understand the study requirements, or are unable to cooperate in completing the study process. 3. Refusal to participate or failure to sign the informed consent.
