Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Diagnosed as hematological tumor (leukemia, malignant lymphoma, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome) according to the diagnostic guidelines for hematological tumor diseases; 2: Aged 18 or older; 3: The patients had informed consent, could answer clearly, and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients who are difficult to understand the items of the questionnaire; 2: Patients with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment who cannot communicate properly; 3: A patient whose illness is not known and whose family members ask to hide it.
