Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer; (2) patients with pulmonary oligometastases diagnosed by enhanced computer tomography (CT) or pathology (oligometastases were defined as metastases that only involved the lung except for the primary lesions and perintestinal lymph nodes, with the number no more than 5; (3) there is at least one evaluable lesion in the lung; (4) without the history of local treatment including surgery, radiotherapy, ablation, etc; (5) received surgical resection or tumor ablation for CRLOM; (6) at least one CT based imaging evaluation after surgery or ablation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) no accessible data; (2) CRC with other malignant tumors; (3) history of organ transplant; (4) as determined by the investigator, the patient has other conditions that may affect the study results, such as substance abuse, other serious diseases (such as mental illness).
