Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. women with first diagnosis of breast cancer (stage I-III); 2. receiving conventional chemotherapy regimen and expected to complete at least three cycles of chemotherapy; 3. age 20 to 60 years old (legal marriageable age for Chinese females); 4. able to use smart phones; 5. good communication and understanding skills; 6. voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form. Spouses: 1. age 22 to 60 years old (legal marriage age for Chinese men); 2. living together with the patient; 3 able to use smartphone proficiently; 4. good communication and understanding ability; 5. voluntary participation and signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. multiple tumours or metastases; 2. serious physical or mental illness; 3. contraindication to physical activity; 4. participating in other programmes; 5. concealed illness; Spouses: 1. serious physical and mental illness; 2. contraindication to physical activity; 3. participating in other programmes.
