Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Under normal dietary conditions, blood lipid levels should be measured after fasting for 12-14 hours. At least two blood lipid tests should be conducted within six months, with serum total cholesterol levels between 5.18-6.21mmol/L and serum triglycerides between 1.70-2.25mmol/L, which can be used as alternative subjects for functional tests that help maintain healthy blood lipid levels. 2.Obtaining informed consent and voluntarily participating in the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals under the age of 18 or over the age of 65. 2. Pregnant or lactating women, those with allergies or those who are allergic to the test sample. 3. Patients with severe illnesses of the heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, and psychiatric disorders. 4. Has taken lipid-lowering drugs in the past two weeks, which has affected the judgment of the results. 5. Hyperlipidemic patients. 6. Those who have not consumed the test sample according to regulations, or whose information is incomplete, which affects the efficacy or safety judgment.
