Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Regular hemodialysis treatment was performed 2-3 times a week, and the dialysis time was =3 months; (2) Age =18 years old; (3) Total BDI score =14 points; (4) Be able to use smart phones independently or with the assistance of family members and have network support conditions; (5) After understanding the content of this study, sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in this researcher. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Researchers who have participated in mindfulness-related interventions; (2) Those who have received psychological counseling or psychotherapy within one month; (3) People with unclear consciousness, reading and communication disabilities; (4) Patients with infection, bleeding, malignant tumor, or other serious diseases.
