Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? = 18 years old. ? Nurses who have obtained a licence to practice nursing in China and are registered. ? Working nurses providing direct clinical care in the intensive care unit. ? Voluntarily participated in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Informally employed nurses in the hospital, such as nurses for further training in external hospitals and nursing interns. ? Nurses who were not on duty during the survey period due to maternity leave, sick leave, personal leave, business trips, and further training. ? Nurses with physical or mental illnesses requiring treatment. ? Vulnerable groups, including the mentally ill, cognitively impaired, pregnant women, illiterate, etc.
