Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The cohort population consists of follow-up subjects and newly recruited subjects. The inclusion criteria are as follows: (1) Follow-up subjects with both of the criteria are included: ?The subjects participated in the Shanghai Nicheng cohort study baseline survey. ?The subjects agreed to provide informed consent. (2) Newly recruited subjects with both of the criteria are included: ?Aged 35-55 years. ?The subjects have at least 9 years of education. ?The subjects resided in the Nicheng County for at least 6 months before the survey. ?The subjects agreed to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The cohort population consists of follow-up subjects and newly recruited subjects. The exclusion criteria are as follows: (1) Follow-up subjects with any of the criteria are excluded: ?Death or relocation. ?The subjects have severe mental illness. ?The subjects are pregnant or breastfeeding. ?The subjects have severe infectious diseases, such as active pulmonary tuberculosis and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). (2) Newly recruited subjects with any of the criteria are excluded: ?The subjects have severe mental illness. ?The subjects are pregnant or breastfeeding. ?The subjects have severe infectious diseases, such as active pulmonary tuberculosis and AIDS.
