Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy control group: healthy adults aged 18-80 years (2) Stroke group: In accordance with the diagnostic criteria formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Cerebrovascular Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2019, and head CT or MRI imaging tests met the diagnostic criteria for stroke; Age 18-80 years old, male or female, the first unilateral onset of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, vital signs are stable; The course of the disease is more than 6 weeks (3)Parkinson's disease group: meeting the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in China in 2016; Age 18-80 years old, male or female, stable vital signs; (4) Normal cognition (MMSE scale, illiterate > 17 points, primary school > 20 points, middle school > 24 points), able to understand and cooperate with research needs; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Coma, unconsciousness, unstable vital signs, critical condition; (2) Recently received physical factor therapy, taking drugs such as nutraceuticals; (3) There are metal or electronic instruments in the body: pacemakers, nerve stimulators, medical pumps, etc.; (4) Combined with infectious diseases, rheumatism and immune system diseases, such as respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin and soft tissue infections, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, etc.; (5) Hemorrhagic disease, thrombosis in the treatment area, etc.; (6) The limbs tested or intervened had soft tissue injury, large-scale scar, skin grafting, etc (7) Women who are pregnant and plan to become pregnant.
