Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The new severe brain injury was diagnosed by head imaging and met the diagnostic criteria of severe brain injury. 2) It meets the diagnostic criteria of paroxysmal sympathetic hyperactivity syndrome, and the score of Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) is less than 13. 3) There was no primary disturbance of consciousness and serious cerebrovascular disease before the injury. 4) the age is 18 ~ 60 years old. 5) The family members signed the informed consent form and volunteered to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) It does not meet the standard of patients with brain injury and paroxysmal sympathetic hyperactivity syndrome, with unstable vital signs, severe infection and death risk. 2) Intracranial infection (the patient still has fever and abnormal cerebrospinal fluid within one week), and there is the possibility of reoperation. 3) Multiple injuries accompanied by limb fractures or skin and skull defects. 4) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases before onset. 5) Family members do not agree to participate in the study.
