Conventional liquid therapy group:According to Anesthesiology (2nd edition), crystal solution (lactate Ringer sodium injection), colloid solution (hypertonic sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch 40 inj
GDT group:Ultrasound evaluation of the inferior vena cava should be performed every 30 minutes before and after anesthesia, and ICV-CI should be measured. If IVC-CI>40%, it indicates a positive liquid

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 65 years old; ? BPH surgery; ? ASA grade I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Obesity (body mass index [BMI] = 28 kg/?); ? Contraindications to spinal anesthesia; ? Severe dysfunction of important organs; ? apply ß Receptor blockers; ? Suffering from mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs; ? Patients with intra-abdominal hypertension; ? Allergic individuals to hydroxyethyl starch injection
