Fundus blood flow in patients under general anesthesia

Interventions

Group A (Nondiabetics):Before induction, dexmedetomidine injection was injected with 1µg/kg pump for 10min, and dexmedetomidine injection was continuously injected with 0.2µg/kg/h pump for maintenance
Group B (Nondiabetics):Saline is continuously pumped before induction and during surgery.
Group C (Diabetics):Before induction, dexmedetomidine injection was injected with 1µg/kg pump for 10min, and dexmedetomidine injection was continuously injected with 0.2µg/kg/h pump for maintenance du
Group D (Diabetics):Saline is continuously pumped before induction and during surgery.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old, gender is not limited; (2) Patients with ASA grades ? to ?; (3) Patients whose BMI does not exceed 30% of the maximum normal value for that age; (4) Patients undergoing dental surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Ocular disease history, trauma history, surgical history and dry eye disease; (2) History of cerebrovascular disease and craniocerebral trauma; (3) Poor blood pressure control in hypertensive patients; (4) Patients with difficult airway (5) Patients with serious mental illness or consciousness disorder who cannot cooperate with the assessment; (6) Patients taking drugs that affect intraocular pressure (7) Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in the study; (8) Family members do not agree to enter the study.
